At VICE Outfitters, our modular storage systems are built to order. As a result, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns. Production begins shortly after order placement. If you cancel your order prior to shipment, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to help cover costs. For orders already shipped, customers are responsible for return shipping costs in addition to the 20% restocking fee.

YES, we do ship to both Alaska and Hawaii. However, these locations do not qualify for free shipping. Before placing your order please send an email to support@viceoutfitters.com for a shipping quote. Be sure to include your full name, shipping address and the products you would like to order.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. We typically ship via UPS which usually takes 5-7 days in the Continental US. Some modules/systems ship in multiple boxes. If this is the case you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Our system works great with spray in style bed liners. However, drop-in bed liners are NOT compatible.

NO, VICE Outfitters products are not designed for direct exposure to the elements and must be installed in a covered truck bed or within a vehicle's interior. Although our products are water-resistant, prolonged or direct exposure to rain, snow, or ice may result in damage and will void the warranty.

NO, The use of impact drivers is not recommended, as their excessive torque may strip fasteners, resulting in damage to parts. VICE Outfitters is not responsible for any damage to components or fasteners caused by the use of an impact driver.

YES, We do offer installs at our shop in Owasso, OK. We charge an hourly shop rate. Please email us for a quote.

YES, We're happy to offer pickup at our shop for your order. At checkout, be sure to note your preference for pickup. While there's no discount for in-person collection, you will save on shipping time.
