Coverage
VICE Outfitters warrants its modular storage systems to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original purchase date, exclusively for the original purchaser. This warranty applies to products used under normal conditions as intended, including installation in accordance with provided guidelines.

What We Will Do
If a defect is identified within the warranty period, VICE Outfitters will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component at no cost to the original purchaser, provided the claim is validated. Replacement parts or products are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

How to Make a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, contact our support team at support@viceoutfitters.com within 30 days of discovering the defect. Provide:

• Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) confirming the original purchase date.

• A detailed description of the defect, including photos or videos.

• Evidence of proper installation and usage (e.g., photos of installed product).

VICE Outfitters may request the return of the defective product (at our expense) for inspection. Claims are typically processed within 14 business days of receiving all required information.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow usage guidelines (e.g., exceeding the product’s weight capacity, such as 300 pounds for the Crest Cargo Tray).

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or fading from regular use.

• Modifications, alterations, or repairs not authorized by VICE Outfitters.

• Damage from accidents, environmental factors (e.g., extreme weather), or improper storage.

• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or second-hand.

• Shipping costs for non-defective returns or customer-initiated cancellations (subject to our 20% restocking fee and return shipping policy).

Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. VICE Outfitters’ liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. No other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided beyond this limited warranty, except where required by law.
